Privacy

This site collects as little as it can get away with. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, and no cross-site profiling. If you never buy anything and never join the waitlist, I don't know you were here.

• If you buy something: your email address, your name if you give one, and whatever billing details Stripe needs to take payment and calculate tax. I can see the order and your email; I never see your card number.
• If you join the box waitlist: your email address, and nothing else.
• If you use the contact form: your name, email, and what you wrote, so I can reply.
• Your basket is stored in your own browser. It never reaches me until you check out.

• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs the card data they hold.
• Resend — sending order and waitlist emails, and storing the waitlist itself.
• Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, retained briefly, used to keep the site running.
• YouTube — video thumbnails on this site are images loaded from YouTube's servers. Nothing is embedded, so YouTube doesn't set cookies on you here; clicking through to a video takes you to YouTube, where their policy applies.

Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to anyone for marketing. Ever.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them. Contact form messages sit in my inbox like any other email.

Email sora@creaturelysoap.com and ask. You can request a copy of what I hold, a correction, or deletion, and I'll do it — I'm not going to make you fill in a form or prove anything elaborate. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe.

No tracking cookies, so no cookie banner. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are needed for fraud prevention and aren't used to follow you around.
